Is Egypt still in you? Let me say it like this even after your baptism , and many years after do you still feel the pull of the flesh or the longing for the things of the world. Remember what happen to Lot's wife . Even with all that was happening around them running for there very lives her heart was still focused or the focus of material wealth or items was still fresh in her mind and losing these thing was a no,no,no . Many of us so called christian I did not say children of God have our feet in both worlds . Many want to play in the world , and serve God. How?

The bible calls this a double minded way of thinking , and the bible does have something to say about this in James 1:8 -King James Bible
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Not good this means you cannot give God your creator your all. As James reminds us, when sin is finished, it ultimately brings forth death and separation … from God, others, and ourselves. So much for the motivations of being double-minded. You see, double-mindedness comes from the brainwashing and deception of Satan.

Ya! you heard who it comes from the person that has/have no love for you at all. The Bible says, “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways” (Jms. 1:8). A double-mind is “having in the mind opposite or opposing views at different times.” To be double-minded is the same as having a “double heart” Matt 12 :34 , 1 Chr 12:33; Ps 12:2 . When the life is unstable the mind is unsettled, and lacks solid convictions.

Only when we have a single mind or heart in our service for God can we seek and serve God with our whole heart, our whole being (Ps.119:2,10,34,58, 69,145). To seek and serve God wholeheartedly is to “love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might” (Deut.6:5,30:2; Mk.12:30).

Double-mindedness can be described as carnality or worldliness. Ooops!

  The Kings child or Child of the king. What does this mean? If you believe that God is your Father , and not the pope then we have a foundation to start from . For God is creator of all . and all is created by Him and for Him , but that still does not mean that all is for Him . Even thou that all was created by Him by the breath of His mouth even thou God does not have a conventional mouth for this is just a figure of speech .   Destination of many so called christian's. Those who reject God thereby choose hell, which is separation from God. What God is guilty of, so to speak, is respecting the free will of creatures that he created in his own image by allowing them to exercise their choice to reject him. It is the final destiny of every person who does not receive salvation, where they will be punished for their sins. People will be consigned to hell after the last judgment.
