Pope Alexander vi The Theory that a Modern Image of Jesus was Based on a Pope’s Son. When you’re looking for a real-life model for Jesus Christ, you’d be hard pushed to think of a less appropriate stand-in for the Prince of Peace than Cesare Borgia. "Historically, white Jesus has been used to oppress and erase the histories of people of color..." Thanks to his father – who became Pope Alexander VI in 1471 – Cesare was made a bishop at the age of 15 and a cardinal at the age of 18. At this point in history the Pope directly ruled over a kingdom that dominated central Italy from its capital of Rome. One of the most notorious members of Renaissance Italy’s most notorious dynasties, the cruel Cesare was thought to be the inspiration for Niccolo Machiavelli’s satirical handbook for would-be tyrants, The Prince Pope Alexander VI, also known as Rodrigo Borgia, was a controversial figure in history. We have christian's here on social media claiming that they're all about the truth of God which is a lie . We have churches here also claiming that they're about the truth of God's word which is a lie as well . For if they had the truth they would correct the lie which they have not done for centuries. The other day Russia or one of there churches put on a exhibition. In the exhibition it showed that the 12 Apostles were black , Jesus was black. There painting ranged from around the 5-16th century untouched and sealed away. It wasn't until just after the 16 century that the 12 took on a white appearance such as Mary the the mother of Christ. Their's a saying a picture paints a thousand words. The real question now is have we been following man's understanding of what is believed of Christ all this time or are we truly reading to be lead by the truth , and are we ready to feed our minds , and be lead by the truth ? There's many who have followed the pi...

No matter how much bible truth is posted, and how much you teach . The people want a lie for it's easier to swallow even if it's a lie. The problem is many do not know how to read the bible the very book that God said we're to know Him from . This only means many are believing a lie about God , and it all starts from the very church created by man's wisdom , and understanding of who they believe God to be . This is why the bible contradicts the lies told in the churches of today. People please wake up for your truth is not found in the church, neither can your church save you. I am going to make a point here , and I invite each and everyone to share there opinion on this . To show how religion is brain washing the people or you . Please I ask you all to show me in scripture where it specifically says that a certain church is the truth or has the truth or is this something that the church has repeated so much to you/ people that it's believed without question? We're still enslaved. The question at hand is, "How are we still I'm not referring to the whipping of colored people, I'm talking about the institutionalized slavery, I'm talking about the brainwashing of young people in history class, I'm talking about how majority of the laws made are for the majority and not for the minority. Institutionalized means established in practice or custom. Slavery means a person who is a legal property of another and is forced to obey them. So, institutionalized slavery means the practice of making a person legal property and forcing them to obey you. What I mean by " We're still enslaved" it all comes down to how we want to look on the outside , but it all had to start from inside. skin color is a complex topic. Whenever a black celebrity lightens his or her skin – whether it’s pop star Michael Jackson, retired baseball player Sammy Sosa or rapper Nicki Minaj – they’re usually greeted with widespread ridicule. Som...

Cares of this world. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful (Matt. 13:22 KJV) Mark 4:19 but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth ... - The cares of the world literally, of the age; that is, temporal and secular cares, incident to the age in which our lot is cast, and which are common to all. These, like thorns, distress and trouble, and often wound the soul; while, on the other hand, the care of the soul and the thought of heavenly things compose Matthew 13:7 The thorny ground represents those who are consumed by the cares and anxieties of this physical life and the deceitful enticements of wealth. The constant pressures of ordinary life—providing for our needs, education, employment, social duties, etc.—can be distracting, causing us to ignore God and Christian growth. The term "cares of this world" or "cares of thi...

Our History should not be a mystery. Black Christian heroes knew that the Bible had to be at the center of life as free men and women in this country. It is worth noting that this legacy of faith was forged under slavery and in the years of oppression that ensued, even as their oppressors attempted to keep slaves from engaging with God’s Word. The Slave Bible, for example, widely distributed to reinforce slavery, omitted significant passages about freedom. Many Christian organizations in the 1800s were ambivalent at best about encouraging enslaved Blacks to read the Bible and in some cases even refused to distribute it to slaves. Yet despite these challenges Black persisted in faith and hewed closely to the Bible as a means of survival. It has been a source of healing, hope and refuge from danger. Its stories were passed on through songs and sermons so that they infiltrated their common language . Even among those who could not read. During the Civil War, freed slaves joined the ...

Protection. Because of man’s sin and the subsequent curse that poisoned the perfection of God’s creation, the world is often a dangerous place. People suffer every day from natural disasters, crime, car accidents, poor health, and more. It’s natural to seek protection from the pain and sorrow of life. Does the Bible promise us the protection of God when we become part of His eternal family? There are many verses in God’s Word that seem to promise God’s physical protection. For example, Psalm 121:3 says, “He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber.” In verse 7 the psalmist declares, “The LORD will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life.” As Israel entered the Promised Land, God promised them that He would never leave or forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). At first glance, it does seem that God promises to protect His children from harm. But if that were the case, why do so many Christians around the world struggle with persecution, illness, l...
